Exploring and understanding the purposes of writing in 3 Acts

Introduction

Act One – introductions, overview, activity (mini-lecture, video or reading)
Act Two – technology to motivate, engage, learn, collaborate, demonstrate understanding
Activity – teachers will write a description of themselves – do not include name.
  • Who Am I? activity using Padlet
Act Three – Analysis – What writing was done? How would it be assessed? Extend – discuss use of tool in the writing process (collaboration, categorization, other?)
